IMPORTANT INFORMATION

•Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee has been received. All payments must be completed at least 30 days before the start of the conference.

•If the conference is cancelled by the organizer, all payments will be refunded. In that case, the organizer shall have no further liability to participants.

•In the event of a "no-show" cancellation, no refund will be issued.

•All cancellations must be submitted in writing

CANCELATION POLICY - GENERAL CONDITIONS

Cancellations will be processed under the following conditions:

1. Cancellations made until February 28, 2026 (inclusive):The registration fee will be fully refunded, minus a €15 administrative fee.

2. Cancellations made between March 1 and May 15, 2026 (inclusive): 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.

3. Cancellations made after May 16, 2026: No refunds will beprovided.

•This policy applies exclusively to congress registration cancellations.The organizer will not be responsible for any costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to airline tickets or hotel reservationswhich are subject to their own cancellation policies.
